For PULSE! a collaboration with Schauspielhaus Bochum and jazz trumpetist Till Brönner, we are looking for: two interns for the position of understudy.
PULSE! Is a unique collaboration with jazz musician/ trumpeter/ composer Till Brönner and choreographer Nicole Beutler. The performance looks at the ‘melting pot’ in todays Ruhrgebied. During the industrial revolution, the Ruhr area grew into one of the largest industrial areas in Europe with enormous coal mines and a thriving steel industry. All the mines are closed since 2018, how does this history and today’s challenge of transformation influence the area?
PULSE! Will be a music theater/ dance performance with 6 dancers and one live musician produced by Schauspielhaus Bochum in Germany.

Rehearsals:
- 11 - 21 April 2023 Amsterdam
- 25 March - 26 April 2024 Amsterdam.
- 21 May - 6 June 2024 in Bochum.
Performances:
- Premiere 7 June Schauspielhaus Bochum.
- 8 + 9 June Bochum, and tour options in the season 2024/ 2025
