The foundation NB aims to enrich culture through the development and research in the field of theater, encounters, and dialogue among artists from different disciplines, and all related or conducive activities. The remuneration policy for employees follows the Collective Labor Agreement (CAO) of Dutch dance. The board members serve without remuneration.
